This project involved the upgrade to the Ground Floor lobby, Level 1 Mezzanine bar, restaurant, and kitchen. The project was undertaken in a live hotel environment - one of the busiest hotels in Australia - resulting in hoarding changes to suit the hotel requirements and implementation of stringent dust control. The finishes were well executed and of a high standard, demonstrating a high level of skill to achieve the desired result in a very difficult working environment.
