The new premises operate as a 24/7 NSW regional distribution centre. The huge warehouse structure is a combination of structural steel, dado precast panels and wall sheeting with jointless fibre reinforced concrete floors,  recessed dock levellers and rapid lift roller shutters. The roof features a vast array of solar panels which were lifted into place by the innovative use of a helicopter.
