The state-of-the-art venue features striking architecture, has a 2,000 seat multi-mode theatre that can be adapted to host full scale Broadway musicals, symphony orchestras, ballet performances, live contemporary music, comedy and family entertainment.   The structure consists of a concrete frame up to level 2, with a braced steel-framed structure over the auditorium, northern plant room and fly tower. The unique undulating façade features vertical honed precast concrete panels with inset slot windows. The judges found this project extremely worthy of an award of Excellence in Construction.
