Hansen Yuncken has constructed a 50 bed facility catering for different levels of care. The façade consists of face brickwork and pre-finished coloured fibre cement panelling. A difficulty of the project was in providing the various finishes and levels of security and ambience for the various levels of patient care. This required detailed assessment and planning with user groups.
The building has been finished to a high standard and is an outstanding building for the requirements of the local community.
