This resort project saw the procurement of the largest quantity of hardwood timber for any one project at that time throughout Australia.
Internal & external timbers are predominately blackbutt, iron bark, and silver ash.  Internal wall linings are V - jointed pine.
Many of the timber components were panellized off site in Sydney and transported to the site.
Fallen timbers from the site were transformed into lintels and mantels throughout the resort.
This project represents an excellent use of timber.
