This project consisted of six buildings from workshops, administration and office, store and control tower. The centrepiece and area of most concentration was the Control Tower. It stands 42 metres high, with the two upper levels being 20mx20m and containing the control rooms and management boardrooms. The floors above were constructed on the ground and lifted into position using two cranes for the major lifts. Internal finishes for the upper floors were installed once secured in position. 
The remainder of the buildings were generally of structural-steel frame clad with metal wall sheeting and metal roof. 
The finishes throughout were of a high standard.
