This three storey Mediterranean style apartment block, housing 11 units and basement car park, overlooks Cabarita Bay. Construction was complicated by the need to excavate over 6000 cubic metres of rock.  The judges said the finished result is most appealing, with quality finishes both internally and externally, particularly the exceptional kitchen joinery. Great value, great job.
