HELM received its award in this high-end unit category for its Neutral Bay project that had difficult access courtesy of roads on three boundaries and a very deep excavation, with a major supermarket having to be underpinned and supported. An internal lightwell gives light and fresh air to common areas and apartments, and the finishes throughout are of very high quality.
