This multi level residence steps up the slope, with the rear section 15 metres above the front.  It is built in a ‘U’ shape so that the rear of the house looks over the section at the front.  The work included extensive underpinning, stabilising the walls that were to be retained, rock excavation and major drainage works.  The Builder chose to demolish and rebuild sections of the original house to gain access to the site.
