The Spring Farm Community Centre consists of a multi-purpose hall, storage rooms, multi-media meeting room, a foyer,commercial kitchen, toilets and parking spaces.  The judges were particularly impressed with the use and time saving of the Arcpanel roofing in its pre-finished form.
