This project is located in the magnificent old banking chamber of the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Ltd which is of great heritage significance and the project planning was subject to extreme scrutiny and sensitivity. The heritage protected items included marble work, columns, ceilings, floors and ornamental cornices.
Renovation work to the heritage protected items was beautifully carried out and the quality of the new joinery installed was first class. The joinery was required to be detached from heritage building fabric. 
The quality of all subcontract works was superb. The metal work, marble works and painting were particularly eye catching. 
The result achieved was outstanding with very obvious care given to all details of the fitout.
