Illawarra Retirement Trust commissioned Infinity Constructions Group to deliver its new luxury seniors living building adjacent to its existing aged care facility in central Wollongong. 
The new eight-storey building incorporates feature brick facades using 600mm-long x 40mm-high Danish Peterson bricks that have been laid to an excellent standard. Luxury appliances and fitments have been used throughout and there are internal-style winter gardens and an on-site restaurant. Several innovations were incorporated into the building including the use of modular bathroom pods and prefabrication techniques wherever possible.
The finished building is a credit to the builders and represents state-of-the-art modern retirement living.
