This project comprised the construction of a new motor dealership over two storeys and some 2,000m2 of floor area plus a 1000m2 external car park.
The main features of this project include special screen façade cladding, innovative structural systems, as well as a unique glazing system with slanted frames to imitate automotive glazing. The complex fit out included slanted walls and column cladding.
The site team faced extreme difficulties from day one as the site is on a corner of Parramatta Road and no access was allowed from this roadway. This required thorough planning and co-ordination of all deliveries to minimise disruption and ensure safety to the community during the entire project.
This project had a wide variety of detailing and large a number of specialist finishes which meant that extensive planning and co ordination was required to deliver the high quality finishes and architectural detail.
