This project represents a new concept in the presentation and working area for the retailing of meat and includes a small takeaway section for hot food. There are a few unique applications for handling of the product throughout the store, one being a special temperature-controlled showcase for the meat-curing process.  Refrigerated showcase counter displays, special work benches and tiling throughout are of the highest standard, but it is the installation of powerful decor and signage that gives a wonderful feel to this store and makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The end result has given the client total satisfaction.
