The work on this semi-detached cottage included underpinning, a rear extension, an attic storeroom, major internal renovations and a new self contained studio at the rear.   The extension of the roof created fire separation problems from the adjoining property which the Builder overcame with the use of a blade wall that did not compromise the appearance.
