For the Orange City Centre Redevelopment Project.  The Orange City Centre is located in the centre of the Orange CBD on the town’s main street. The history of the building dates back to 1849. The scope of the project encompassed the complete demolition of the building’s interior and rebuilding of a new, shared retail space, while maintaining the significant heritage-listed building. The judges have awarded this building due to its difficult retention of the unstable façade, the meticulous finish of the heritage items and overall quality of finish and construction detail.
