The site was challenged by a steep slope with restricted access. Materials handling and the method of delivery required both excellent skills in project management and construction. The design took into account surrounding water views, landscape and the necessity for privacy due to its exposure of the bay. The level of quality workmanship and materials used are exceptional. A superb building.
