COMMENTS FROM EMPLOYER – TERRY BECKER
Jack is a well presented young man who takes pride and a genuine interest in carpentry.  He understands the complexity of the building industry, keenly attacks problems and solves them.  He has great attention to detail. 
Jack plans ahead and often comes to the yard after or before work to pick up equipment that he may require for the job ahead.
Jack has started building projects for friends on his own.  He has completed several merbau decking jobs recently for friends and everyone was extremely happy with his work.
Our Head Carpenter prefers to take Jack with him on job sites when required as Jack listens to tradespeople and follows instructions accordingly.

GOALS & AMBITIONS
Jack plans to complete his apprenticeship and has indicated his interest in starting his own subcontracting business.
