DEFENCE FACILITIES:
This Defence Department project consists of four separate buildings spread across a 2km radius at the Blamey Barracks at Kapooka. (Wagga Wagga)
The four buildings consist of:
•    A Mess Facility with the capacity to serve 1,200 meals per sitting.
•    A 360 bed accommodation block, with offices, laundry, parade ground and armouries.
•    Medical and Dental building.
•    A 30metre indoor pool and gymnasium.
This work cost $61 million and was completed in 19 months.
