The Glasshouse is a SMART building utilising new technology to increase energy efficiency, comfort, building management and security. The construction methodology has been very well executed along with the main structure. The integrated fitout of the offices for Transport NSW including the Yoga and Consulting rooms, the Master chef kitchens, the Winter Garden and the Town Hall Meeting Space have been constructed to a very high level of detail and finish.
