Joseph Maniago has demonstrated an outstanding level of understanding in his responsibilities for him to have a successful future in the building industry.  He demonstrated natural leadership skills and is easily able to control situations that arise.  He is highly regarded amongst his colleagues, with an easy going, honest attitude. His reliability and maturity are virtues rarely displayed by others in his position.  Joseph displays a professional approach to his work and strives to complete tasks to a high quality standard. His exemplary work ethic and competency has led to increased responsibilities on site. He has a very good understanding of OH&S . He has started training in Brisland’s third party certified safety system and is learning about the procedures and forms that are required in the industry. He has also started to learn about the Safety Consultation process.
Joseph is currently half way through his Certificate IV in Building Studies, which has allowed him to observe other tasks and responsibilities that are undertaken by other workers on site.
On the completion of his apprenticeship, Joseph is keen to progress within Brisland and we will ensure he is given every opportunity to grow.
