This club sporting facility features:
•    34 bowling lanes;
•    A 400m2, laser skirmish arena.
•    Arcade game area, licensed bar and café and a function room for birthday parties.
The 4,000m2 ground floor slab was prepared using a patented crack inducer grid that eliminates the need for control joints. 
The structural steel frame features tapered beams which span 29 metres with the 30 metre Klip Lok roof sheeting rolled on site.
The building was completed in just 30 weeks.
