Due to the sensitivity of this project, the site team had to ensure that noise and truck deliveries were kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to existing dwellings and working in and around a 24 hour operational manufacturing facility with a daily large truck movement in excess of 120 semi-trailers a day around the actual building site.
The site team by proposing and adopting alternative methods in overcoming the construction over existing services mains including gas, and cold water supply resulted in considerable cost savings to the client.
The end product is a well constructed quality project which the site team obviously paid great attention to the detail finishes internally and externally.
