This project showed what can be achieved when the designer thinks outside the square. The project consisted of 3 x 3 bedroom dwellings on separate titles one the one original suburban block. Each dwelling is separate and only 6.1metres wide but because each dwelling is detached they receive more natural light and have a roomier feel.  Under stair storage has a large sliding glass door which is a unique feature.  The raking of the ceilings to the main first floor bedroom adds to the spaciousness which is an added bonus.
