The structure is off-form concrete class one design, which required extreme quality controls to achieve the brief of the architect and clients. The interior required particular attention to detail, especially the transition between the different building elements and material finishes. There is an internal pool with glass viewing panels and specialised mechanical ventilation systems to maintain air quality from moisture and chemicals produced by the pool. The staircase is a masterpiece of design and construction incorporating steel with timber treads and handcrafted handrail featuring a central spiral core and seamless finishes throughout.
