This project involved the design & construction of a single storey 2,500m2, 30 bed mental health facility.   This irregular shaped building has a reinforced concrete floor with timber wall framing, timber roof trusses and colorbond metal roofing.   The external finishes are face blockwork, colorbond corrugated sheeting and 10mm thick fibre cement sheeting painted in 29 different colours.  All internal walls are timber framed and in some areas sheeted with two layers of 10mm fibre cement for security. 
The project was completed in 13 months.
