This building is located adjacent to Charles Perkins Centre and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is 8 levels of Accommodation with learning areas, nursing clinical simulation laboratories and multi-use treatment and rehabilitation rooms. 
There is a 350 seat tiered lecture theatre. Specialist medical imaging suites are also included. 
The site was affected by flooding and flood mitigation was part of the construction works. The building has allowance for future extensions where a de-constructable facade was installed. Existing services, fire separation and a platinum building rating added to the complexity of the construction.
