This massive retail refurbishment nearly doubled the size of the existing shopping centre by creating an additional 41,000m2 of retail space and 1000 additional car parking spaces. An upgrade of the existing centre was also undertaken including a major refurbishment of Myer.
To allow for the expansion of the shopping centre, both private and public property to the south, including a bowling club, kindergarten and council road were acquired.
A new bowling club, kindergarten, a full sized oval complete with amenities and new access road works were constructed. 
The work was completed in 34 months, with the centre trading at all times during the construction period. A most ambitious project.
