This magnificent and exclusive four level, 12 apartment project. The top floor of the building is dedicated entirely to a luxurious, three-bathroom penthouse with direct and private lift access. The open plan living space opens to a large outdoor entertaining terrace with expansive district views. One main feature and in turn challenge on the project was designing a multi storey green wall facade system. The judges were influenced in their decision to award this project by the degree of detail the Builder competently dealt with in regards the structure, fire services and water proofing to ensure the integrity of the building was not compromised when the green wall was installed. The green wall was grown and fabricated in Melbourne and during the pandemic a decision was made by the Builder and the green wall subcontractor to deliver the plants to Sydney prematurely and install the project ahead of time to protect project completion from possible border closures and other restrictions.
