Construction of the new fitness centre required significant underpinning to protect the existing buildings, whilst complicated excavation was carried out.
The fitness centre includes a gymnasium,  a 25m outdoor heated pool, an indoor warm water pool, a exercise studio, café with child minding facilities and a new 1st. Tee for championship golf tournaments.
This most impressive fitness centre was completed in 18 months at a cost of $9.8 million.
