This project has an innovatively designed eight level office building with a high focus on tenant amenities and a target 5 star NABERS Energy rating.
The builder had to add 2 additional floors to the building when construction had already been constructed to Level 3.
A fully automatic external shading system to the East, West and North elevations required the builder to install complex equipment including external aluminium louvers and external fabric blinds which are controlled by sun and wind sensors aligned with a astrological clock incorporated into the BMCS.
