This was an extremely complex refurbishment project, requiring six separable portions of work to be carried out within and around the club premises.  Within separable portion 6, there were also 7 different areas to be concurrently worked on and progressively handed to the club.  The club remained trading 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  To provide safe access for the club patrons, a 5 metre wide tunnel was constructed using cool room panels; this tunnel was relocated several times during construction.
The work was completed in 13 months, a great achievement.
