The five-storey structure consists of more than 4000m3 of off-form class 2 concrete to all elements including columns, feature walls, slab soffits and polished floors throughout all common trafficable spaces.  The external part of the building showcases a 3D concrete off-form multi-storey hood along with the feature of folded, suspended aluminium panels wrapping the glazed facade. This creates both privacy, sun shading and enhances the thermal properties of the building.  Internally, the building boasts bright teaching spaces, Science labs, break-out rooms, offices, dance studios, an amphitheatre and a genius bar. These are all wrapped around the impressive staircase.  Service coordination proved extremely challenging. There were no ceilings throughout the whole project which meant that all the services were exposed and had to be carefully coordinated so that there were no clashes.  This project is a state-of-the-art building that has truly set the bar for all private school developments in the future as it has created a collaborative and interactive learning space for all.
