This very constrained site created many challenges not the least of which was extensive hand excavation. Some large and significant heritage elements had to be removed then later re-instated. Detailed verandah posts were remade in house and moulds taken to replace plaster elements. The end result is the beautiful restoration of a significant Queen Anne dwelling with extremely well executed contemporary additions.
