Loxton Builders overcame very difficult site access in a small suburban street for this unit project, which involved the re-use of materials from the existing demolished building, which the judges considered was a great touch. The builders also faced a major challenge in re-directing the main sewer line. Common areas including the car park were finished to the highest standard.
