Since joining MudgeCorp in May 2017, Luke has demonstrated the qualities of a young leader, bringing an injection of motivation and insight into his role. Luke's willingness to ‘have a go’ at various tasks assigned to him is indeed a valuable trait to have and is infectious to those around him.  Luke demonstrates consistent attention to detail, initiative and commitment to the company's vision, mission and values.    The ability to naturally influence and inspire others are essential skills required to be an effective subcontractor and builder. Luke displays leadership qualities and is diligent, innovative and can apply skills and knowledge to problem solving potential issues. It comes as no surprise that MudgeCorp junior apprentices have embraced Luke as their mentor.    In the dynamic environment of construction, the tipping point that contributed to Luke's early completion of apprenticeship was his display of dedicated hard work and with rapid personal growth and development.
