This project consisted of the construction of a new master bedroom by extending the existing first floor area over the ground floor living and dining areas and the conversion of the existing main bedroom into a ensuite and walk in robe.     The residence is an early 1900 Federation terrace and had restricted access for delivery and storage of materials.
The judges were particularly impressed by the high quality of finish and the additional amenity that had been achieved for the price.
