The judges chose this entry above several other excellent entries in this keenly contested category because of the Builder’s attention to the finest detail.  The work involved a large addition with an attic and a double brick and tile garage.  The Federation style was maintained and the keenest eye cannot detect where the new work joins the renovated existing structure.
