This is a new Woolworths store, basement carpark and additional retail & commercial tenancies. The building commenced during a particularly difficult time for the construction industry, with substantial loss of time during the earthworks and construction of the basement due to unusually wet conditions that affected several Projects.  The site’s subsoil conditions were not receptive to the amount of rain and the lack of recovery time before the next rain event.  The team completed the project to produce a high-quality product, including redesigning elements of the project to alleviate the impact of the wet weather.  Again, Mainbrace can be proud of the finished product.
