This outstanding fitout consisted of traditional tiered seating cinemas into an existing retail space with 4.1m headroom, retail below and commercial space including a library immediately above. 
The fitout encompasses a platinum lounge rivalling a first-class airline lounge, three platinum cinemas with 14 to 22 seats, 10 boutique cinemas with 35 to 55 seats, a Prosecco bar with an interactive wine wall and a European-style beer hall.
Three of the cinemas boast a glass-sided cinema with automated curtain. These presented particular challenges for noise from within and from the outside in.
The very tight floor-to-ceiling dimensions and the acoustics achieved have been an outstanding success for both Mainbrace and its client.
