This project was complicated by the existing shopping facility and remainder of the store continuing to operate throughout the entire fitout.
The works were extensive and featured supply and installation of various bars including juice, salad, wine and beer, sushi and an Asian bar. There was a bakery, café, butcher and dry meats, chocolatier, kitchen and grill and private dining. The associated services required a major upgrade, with major mechanical ducts being run through the existing store with a new mechanical plant being lifted onto the roof area.
As a concept store on which others are being based, the level of coordination and detailed planning to ensure the principles can be replicated was commendable. The works were extensive and have been carried out to an impressively high standard.
