Set in the grounds of Harrington Grove, a premium housing estate at Narellan, the Magnolia Club is a shared community facility and associated with the larger Harrington Grove Country Club.
Facilities include the clubhouse, tennis court and a swimming pool. There is extensive landscaping and communal barbecue areas. The clubhouse caters for small local functions, local resident facilities and there is also a library area. 
While construction is mainly residential, a waffle slab was used to simplify site levels and detail excavation. A variety of finishes were specified and the detailing and execution of junctions and the integration of the combinations of stone, blocks and external cladding is of a very high standard. Furniture appliances and fixtures formed part of the builder’s contract.
The pool heating is gas to overcome the existing infrastructure limitations. The plant room was modified to accommodate additional equipment and this was completed in a restricted site area with no impact on the amenity the project offered.
Completed in six months, the community facility has been designed and built to complement the surrounding high-quality residential buildings.
