Malcolm is a very impressive and motivated young man of excellent character who is achieving great results at TAFE, whilst working very hard on site.  He is a quiet achiever, who is self disciplined and dependable. Malcolm has good concentration and communication skills and listens seriously to what others have to say. Malcolm is well liked on site and is very approachable and calm, a result of his martial arts training.  He is very patient and hardworking and you can certainly see he enjoys the newfound experience of the construction industry and the prospect of working on different projects from start to finish.
Goals & Ambitions
Malcolm is very determined to achieve his goals and master the construction industry. His short term goal is to make the most of every day on site and be the best at what he is doing as well as successfully completing his apprenticeship.  Long term, he is looking at progressing to management.  With extensive computer knowledge and IT skills and his love of science, in particular in the engineering area, we are confident he will achieve any goal set.
