This was a most difficult project to construct, because of the limited construction access and the need to maintain student accessibility to all parts of the school.  The works required the construction of a new three storey building with general learning areas, a library, music rooms, an under croft, car parking and the installation of a hydraulic lift.
The top level of the building forms a playground area with a canteen and connects with other outdoor areas of the school.
Other work included alterations to the existing buildings and to improve student and teacher circulation through the college.
