Set on Sydney’s northern beaches this stunning home impressed the judges greatly. Tolerances were kept within 2 meters and there were to be no visible evidence of fixings. A combination of concrete walls and slab, spotted gum joinery and zinc and copper external cladding were used to great effect.    Brilliant.
