Martin has a very strong work ethic and sound sense of responsibility. His integrity and presentation are great assets and his ability to relate to clients and co-workers on all levels is exceptional.
Martin is at site 20 minutes early each day and sets up the site ready for his co-workers.  He has a high level of understanding of WHS issues and maintains a meticulous site. 
A good sense of humour and a better than average level of common sense for someone his age, translates into his ability on the work site.  He shows respect for the machinery having had exposure to his parent’s workshop, which has been advantageous to our company.

It is clear that Martin is destined to be a great carpenter in the years to come.
