Martin has a very strong work ethic and sound sense of responsibility. His integrity and presentation is an asset to him and his ability to relate to clients and co-workers on all levels is exceptional.
Martin is at site 20 mins early each day and sets up the site ready for his co-workers.  He has a high level of understanding with OHS and maintains a clean and tidy safe site. 
A good sense of humour and a better than average level of common sense for someone his age, translates into his ability on the work site.  He shows respect for the machinery having had exposure to his parent’s workshop, which has been advantageous to our company.
Martin has always been in the top 3 in his TAFE studies and holds a 100% attendance record.
Goals & Ambitions
It is clear that Martin is destined to be a great carpenter in the years to come.
