Maxwell has developed from a timid 1st year apprentice to a polite, confident man.  He has achieved TAFE results of 100% three years in a row, also achieving 100% attendance both at TAFE and at work.
He has a high level of skill and pride in his work and is confident and organized.  He has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers.  His focus  on the quality and consistency of his work at hand puts him in good stead to achieve his goals.
Max has also received an “Outstanding Application and Attitude” Award by Rotary Club of Blacktown proving he is a hard worker with distinctions.  Max is an asset and has a great future in the building industry.
Goals & Ambitions
Maxwell has set his goal in becoming a supervisor and project manager and is currently training in boxing.
