When the judges viewed this home from the street they were impressed by the clear-cut lines of the façade, the smooth curved rendered brick sills and curved heads to the two windows adjacent to the entry. 

The judges were particularly impressed by the builder’s relentless attention to detail in all aspects of the construction and finish. The traditional methods employed by Meadowbank flow throughout the home, with all joinery works being to an exceptionally high quality. Bathrooms, ensuite and laundry are functional, well planned and finished to the highest standard. 

The kitchen features the most magnificent benchtop which is complemented by the layout of the kitchen cupboards and is a compliment to the designer’s careful planning and the meticulous workmanship displayed.
