This sustainable house was developed to showcase innovative concepts and products that have a positive impact on the built environment and incorporates much eco-technology including solar water heating, hydronic underfloor heating, and low E glazing to all windows.  In addition to the low environmental impact this home has in its built form, the construction process was also managed in a way that reduced the quantity of waste usually attributable to building projects.  The judges said both the client and the builder should be very proud of the finished product.
